Top Collar will not disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes. If the company's ownership changes hand, the information provided will be passed on, only being used in the same manner as we agree on our privacy policy. Information collected depends where you input your data. Information from our site includes name, email address, postal address (including post code), telephone number, date of birth, uploads or submission of any material via the site including photos. Details of any transactions made by you through the site; including transaction ID provided by PayPalcredit card details (such as card type, name on the card, long card number, card expiry date and CV2 number) that you provide to enable you to make purchases from the site or virtual payment. Paper copies of this information will be destroyed within 12 hours. Details of changes to your account that you notify us of (such as suspending deliveries or address changes) ratings you provide in relation to products that are available on the site. Details of who you have successfully referred to the site, queries and suggestions from contact forms through the site. Collective google analytics data helping us understand collective activity. You are under no obligation to provide any such information. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services.

How we use the data 

We will store any data submitted for as long as you use the services and systems provided on the website, and may store it for an additional period of up to 3 years. This data will NOT be passed onto a third party who does NOT work for/ with Top Collar.All data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection legislation. Data will be analysed and used for the following purposes:

We are not liable for the length of time it might take for the data to be removed, as a third party may have processed your data before your request. You may need to modify or update your data if your circumstances change.
